Weekly Windsurfing Course

1. The condition for joining a windsurfing or kitesurfing course is completing the registration form, signing the statement and reading our regulations.

2. Advance payment is required to confirm the reservation. In the event of cancellation of the reservation made, a voucher is issued for the amount of the downpayment, which can be used for any school service, at another selected date. There is no possibility to refund the downpayment. Sending advance payment equals acceptance of these regulations.

3. The course is payable in advance on the first day. In the case of a previously pre-paid downpayment outstanding balance is payable at the beginning of the training. 

4. The student is required to attend classes 20 minutes before the arranged lesson.

5. The student is required to arrange the next appointment with an instructor in the office.

6. The lesson may be cancelled by the student at least 2 hours before the scheduled time, otherwise, it will be payable as no show. 

7. Unused course hours resulting from the lack of training conditions can be used at any other date - this rule does not apply to windsurfing group courses, wind & kite courses, and student and youth camps.

8. EASY SURF Chałupy School does not guarantee transportation to and from the spots if lessons take place at other spots than Camping Solar, Chałupy 4. In this case, the student is obliged to go independently to the place of classes.

9. In the event of at least three cancellations of pre-arranged classes caused by factors other than weather conditions, cancellation of subsequent classes for the same reason will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the lesson price.

10. It is forbidden for the participant to attend the course under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants and to take such substances during the training.

11. The course participant is obliged to use a safety vest and protection helmet (the helmet only applies to kitesurfing courses) regardless of age and skills level. Failure to use the aforementioned protective equipment releases the instructor and EASY SURF Chałupy from liability for any damages to the student. "

12. The course participant may only perform exercises approved by the instructor. Refusal to perform exercises recommended by the instructor is at the sole risk of the participant.

13. In the case of indisposition or particular restrictions, the participant is obliged to immediately inform the instructor who is obliged to stop the classes.

14. The course participant is obliged to check whether the equipment is adapted to his or her skills and is technically efficient. In the case of noticing any irregularity or technical problem, the student is obliged to inform the instructor or other employee of EASY SURF Chałupy. If a technical fault is noticed and the school staff is not informed, EASY SURF Chałupy is not liable for damages occurring in connection with faulty equipment.

15. The participant of the course is absolutely obliged to inform a member of EASY SURF Chałupy staff each time he/she enters the water and returns to the land. In the event of the negligence of this obligation, the participant will be charged with the costs of the unjustified rescue operation.

16. Once the participant receives the training equipment, he/she is responsible for losing or destroying it due to the use being not in accordance with the intended purpose.

17. EASY SURF School Chałupy and its instructors are is not liable for injuries, disability, death, or damages arising out of participation in training relating to sports of higher risk.

18. Each participant is obliged to obtain health insurance covering the consequences of accidents, injuries, disability death or damages related to participating in training relating to sports of higher risk.

19. Participation of minors in training organized by EASY SURF Chałupy is possible in case of full acceptance of these regulations by the parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian is responsible for insuring the minor against the consequences of accidents and injuries occurring during classes.

20. The trainee is obliged to inform the school office staff and instructor about possible health problems (e.g. epilepsy) and injuries.

• When choosing wind or kitesurfing courses, do not forget about: flip-flops, swimming trunks and a towel.

• If you are coming by car, remember that in high season there is a big problem with entering and parking on our campsite. You will do best by leaving him in the parking close to Solar, Chałupy 4 campsite.
• How to get to our kite school? After entering Solar, Chałupy 4, go straight and keep the main road. We are in the centre of campsite. 
• Our school is equipped with changing rooms and small lockers. There is also an external shower, where you can rinse yourself from saltwater.
• The campsite also has showers and toilets where you can take a shower after class.
• When determining the date of the course, we take into account wind forecasts and student’s preferences
• If due to weather conditions you will not be able to use the whole course, you can finish it at any other time or in another of our schools, eg. Egypt or Greece
